Christianne Barreto, MBA
Having worked in many industries and acquired various experiences, I now work to improve my life, my family, and those around me. My full-time job is as a mom to a wonderful little boy. I contracted with a few select clients in San Diego and the Bay Area over the past 5 years and have formed my own firm, PandaManage during 2020. My goal is always to make my client's work easier, more transparent, and accurate while furthering my education, growing my spiritual practice, and spending time with my family and in nature.
I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from San Diego State University. I also have a professional certification in Meeting and Events Planning. I also hold an MBA from Mills College with an emphasis in socially responsible business and nonprofits. I am also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, knowledgeable in both Online and Desktop versions, and well as conversions to Online.
It was my entrepreneurial spirit that decided to begin consulting on my own with small local entrepreneurs in San Diego, and in April 2013 I was able to blend this with my experience and passion for social good by working at Mission Edge as a Client Services Specialist supporting back-office functions at multiple nonprofit organizations. In February 2014 I relocated to the Bay Area. I was offered the opportunity to work as both the Finance Associate and Consulting Associate at Olive Grove, providing me the opportunity to expand on my varied background and utilize my strengths in accounting and operations. After a year with Olive Grove, I moved into the role of Finance Director, focusing on improving client operations. Olive Grove moved in a new direction, and my position was eliminated. This afforded me the opportunity to build my own small practice, take on the role of Operations & Finance Director at Blueridge, as well as focus on my family. Having moved on from BlueRidge to expand my own practice, I have successfully started PandaManage, a small consulting firm focused on providing COO and CFO level consulting to small, growing businesses. I am now loving the work-life balance and the opportunities it brings.
Specialties: Payroll Protection Program, accounting, nonprofits, bookkeeping, budgets, cash flow management, grants, event planning, strategic planning & problem solving, putting big picture ideas into action, MS Office, QuickBooks. I am also a certified QuickBooks Advanced Pro Advisor.
TARA SOVAY STOECKL
With over 28 years’ experience in office management, non-profit development and small business creation, I focus on assisting small businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and those that are adding value and support to their communities.
I have a background in marketing, business and vision creation, developing new programs to sell online, financial strategy and analysis with bookkeeping as a paramount strategy to support businesses.
I have a true love for spreadsheets, budgeting, numbers and forensic accounting so that I can better support a hands-on approach to business owners being empowered in knowing their numbers and what's possible. I am a firm believer that the more you are clear on your financial status the better vision you can have to scale and grow your business and personal abundance.
Having graduated cum laude from UCSD with a BA in Media Relations: emphasis in Film & Photography, I use almost nothing from my degree and everything with my practical life experience of helping businesses from the ground up, and companies already in existence streamline their systems and finances. Having my own real estate investments and personal businesses I have an understanding of the growing pains and the needs of small/medium sized businesses.
I work with nonprofits and small to medium size businesses creating peace of mind through the lens of finances, streamlining their bookkeeping while providing strategies and insights on new income ventures, donor development and customer satisfaction.
